Congratulations to Lee DeWyze on winning the 9th series of American Idol, but i have to say he’s completly murderd U2s hit ‘Beautiful Day’ (Which is Lee’s debut single)Lee, 24-year-old from Illinois won the recording contract prize over fellow contestant Crystal Bowersox (Which i wanted to win)
After the results were announced Lee went onto say ... “I don’t know [how it feels], this is amazing. Thank you guys so much for everything. Thank you, thank you!”... “I can’t believe this. I love you guys. Crystal, I love you. I’m so happy right now, I’ve never been happier in my life. There are no words to describe it. This is amazing and I appreciate everything everybody here has done.” – Seriously though, fair-play to him!
