Mr Hudson dashed to New York and immediately hit the stage with the Jay-Z to perform their duet Forever Young, SNL is watched by millions of TV viewers in America. A source said: “This was an offer he couldn't refuse. You don't say no to Jay-Z and performing on one of the biggest shows in the States... “It was also a great opportunity to increase his profile in America.”Mr Hudson has now moved the Manchester Academy gig to May 18.
