Congratulations to Pixie Lott who beat stuff competition from the likes of: Florence and the Machine, La Roux, The Saturdays and Tinchy Stryder to be named “Best New Act for UK and Ireland” ahead of the 2009 MTV Europe Music Awards (EMAs).Pixie will now go forward to face 21 other acts from across Europe to compete to win the award for: “Best European Act”
The MTV Europe Music Awards takes place next month in Berlin on November 5th
