Owl City returns back to the US No.1 spot for a second time in it’s chart run.Also congratulations also goes to a previous American Idol winner Carrie Underwood who sold a massive 318,000 copies of her second album “Play on” “Play On” is the largest sales week for an album by a woman in 2009 and the second-best sales week for a country release behind Rascal Flatt’s “Unstoppable” which sold 351,000 in the first week of release.
